$12.8M Condo With Private Elevator Sold: Top 5 UES Real Estate Deals

UPPER EAST SIDE, NY — It was a busy week for the luxury real estate market on the Upper East Side, with six deals closing over the $4 million mark, according to the latest data from the Olshan Report.

The most expensive home on the Upper East Side was a condo in Lenox Hill that sold for $12,800,000, the Olshan Report said.

The chart-topping condo is on the 25th floor of THE 74, a newly built Upper East Side condominium on 74th Street and Third Avenue, designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, with interiors by Rafael de Cárdenas.

The condo is a full-floor, five-bedroom, 4.5-bath apartment with four exposures and views of Manhattan and Central Park. The home includes floor-to-ceiling windows, a private elevator entry, a large living and dining area, and a kitchen equipped with high-end appliances and custom cabinetry.

All of this week's top sales on the Upper East Side were condos or co-op apartments, according to the Olshan report.

Here are the Upper East Side's top five contracts from Dec. 8 to Dec. 14.
