Elad Group Celebrates Banner Year with Prestigious Industry Awards and Major Sales

Elad Group, a leader in luxury real estate development renowned for landmark
conversions and design-driven new construction, is celebrating a standout year
marked by major global awards and milestone sales across its New York City
portfolio.

At 108 Leonard in Tribeca, Elad’s transformation of the historic McKim, Mead & White
building has translated into both international recognition and sustained buyer
demand—highlighted by the high-profile sales of Penthouse North alongside the
Clocktower Penthouse recently entering contract. The neoclassical landmark,
meticulously restored and reimagined with Parisian-inspired interiors by Jeffrey Beers
International, is now 95 percent sold, with 154 of 166 homes closed. Luxury Lifestyle
Awards named 108 Leonard one of the TOP 100 Luxury Residences of the World 2025,
awarded it Best Landmark Conversion, and recognized the Clocktower Penthouse as

Best Luxury Penthouse, underscoring the project’s status as a global benchmark for
adaptive reuse and high-end design.

On Manhattan’s Upper East Side, Elad’s ground-up tower THE 74 has emerged as a
case study in what high-net-worth buyers want in 2025: larger, design-forward
residences with three, four, or five bedrooms and generous entertaining space. The
penthouse at THE 74, last asking $25 million, is now in contract following the sell-out of
the building’s three-bedroom collection and multiple recent sales in its five-bedroom
series, highlighting a clear shift toward expansive homes that balance privacy and
livability. Architecture by Pelli Clarke & Partners, interiors by AD100 designer Rafael de
Cárdenas, and an intimate collection of just over 40 residences—many with Central
Park views and no more than three homes per floor—have cemented THE 74 as the
neighborhood’s new “it” building for design-conscious buyers.

Elad Group itself was honored among the TOP 100 Real Estate Developers of the
World 2025, reflecting the strength of its broader portfolio and its commitment to
thoughtful, best-in-class design. The firm’s marketing and sales leadership were
celebrated as well: Elyse Leff, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Sales, was
named NYC’s New Development Marketing & Sales Person of the Year by the BUILD
Real Estate & Property Awards, while Elad Group and Douglas Elliman Development
Marketing were finalists for Marketing Team of the Year at Commercial Observer’s
Breakthrough Awards.

“These honors validate our commitment to craftsmanship, proportion, and purpose,
“said Elyse Leff. “At Elad Group we are creating homes that are not only beautiful, but
truly considered. Buyers are increasingly focused on how a space makes them feel,
there’s an emotional component to luxury real estate that’s hard to quantify, but
absolutely crucial. How we think about luxury, our understanding of what today’s buyers
are responding to, and our belief that thoughtful design will always remain timeless are
at the forefront of everything we do, and these recognitions are a testament to that
work.”
